Happy New Years.  Today’s post is my second New Year blog article.  Each year, I usually make a resolution to live healthier, eat out less, save more money, fly more rockets, or spend more time with my family.  Each year, by the third or fourth week after the start of the new year, I give up and throw in the towel.  Don’t get me wrong, I have done wonders, and I am in better shape than I have been in years, but I did not live up to my plans.

This year, I am going to do something different.  I am going to add only one resolution that has two parts.  I am going to frame it and put it on the wall in from of my computer to remind me to stick to my plan this year.  I am hoping that having that constant visual reminder will help me to stick to my plan and meet my goal as the year progresses.

My goal last year was to eat less CRAP and to get back to 195 pounds.  I met that goal, but ti did not last long. I weight about 200-205 right now, and I am pretty happy with my weight, and for the most part, I have avoided most of those things on my CRAP list.

So what is my 2018 resolution?  It is simple.  I want to get work my way up to 100 push-up and 100 sit-ups 3-4 days a week in a single set.  I think this is possible.  Only time will tell.

What are your 2015 New Year’s resolutions?
