This recipe is for a wrap you and your family will love as a meal on the go or for dinner when you need a break.  The best part is that it can be made with leftovers.

This recipe is a simple chicken wrap made from leftover rotisserie chicken. I bought the chicken for dinner a few days ago at the H.E.B. You could add just about any veggies. I added tomatoes, lettuce, and cucumbers.

Ingredients:

 3 oz rotisserie chicken breast
 1 Ole Xtreme Fitness Wrap
 1 slice Sargento's Ultra Thin Cheddar
 2 oz Vegetables as desired (saulteed peppers and onions)
 1 oz Condiments, optional (sour cream, salsa)

Directions:

Shred the chicken with a fork.

Dice the vegetables. I used pickled jalapeños and lettuce.

Place the cheese, chicken, and cheese in a Tortilla / Wrap.

Wrap the wrap.

Heat as desired or eat them cold.

Notes:
  1. This recipe has less than 300 calories per serving. I used high fiber wraps to add filling power. 
  2. Hatch chiles are also called Anaheim, green, or New Mexico chiles.
