A delicious and filling tropical smoothie.
A simple, tropical delight to help you lose weight and be enough protein to protect your muscle mass. It is a deliciously refreshing island taste that will keep you coming back for more. The best part is it is full of protein and fiber to keep you full.
This smoothie will make you think of the islands. It is delicious and quick.
Yields 2 Servings Quarter (0.5 Servings) Half (1 Serving) Default (2 Servings) Double (4 Servings) Triple (6 Servings) Prep Time 2 minsTotal Time 2 mins
Ingredients:
1 Banana 2 kiwi peeled 1 cup Fairlife skim milk 1 orange peeled and sectioned 2 scoops grass fed whey protein unflavored 2 tsp fitness fiber 1 tsp vanilla Peeled
2 Kiwis Peeled if you prefer
1 cup Fairlife nonfat milk
1 orange Peeled and sectioned - can be frozen
2 scoops grass fed whey protein unflavored
2 tsp fitness fiber
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
1 Put ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
