  1. 1 Banana peeled
  2. 2 kiwi peeled
  3. 1 cup Fairlife skim milk
  4. 1 orange peeled and sectioned
  5. 2 scoops grass fed whey protein unflavored
  6. 2 tsp fitness fiber
  7. 1 tsp vanilla
