Food for thought: High Calorie Foods

Everyone thinks that foods that are high calories are unhealthy.  I will refute this right now.  Plain and simple this is untrue.  Two of the healthier foods you can eat are natural peanut butter and guacamole.  Both are full of healthy fats and anti-oxidants.  So enjoy them in moderations.  Rice cakes are an example of a low calorie food that little eat no nutritional value.  Just eat real food.
