Low-calorie foods might not be the answer.

Everyone thinks that foods that are high in calories are unhealthy.  I will refute this right now.  Plain and simple this is untrue.  Cardboard is low in calories but certainly is not going to satisfy your hunger.  Two of the healthier foods you can eat are natural peanut butter and guacamole.  Both are full of healthy fats and anti-oxidants.  So enjoy them in moderations.  Rice cakes are an example of low-calorie food that little eat no nutritional value.  Just eat real food.

The bottom line: Eat foods that put a smile on your face and enjoy them, but limit you portion size to control the calories you take in.
