As much as I can stand that liberal, he is absolutely correct. Weight loss as a concept is easy but in practice it is hard. I prefer to take advice on obesity from folks that have been overweight. I personally think that it is offensive for someone who has always been skinny to tell me that ti is easy to loose weight. I would love to kick Dr. Gupta squarely in his behind.
If you eat more whole and fresh foods, you will lose weight. Step back from that prepared frozen food and eat some fresh foods that you have to either prepare or cook on the stove. You will lose weight.
