Motivation Tip 25 – Do Something About It

I wish I were a genie and could snap my fingers and get what I want.  I would be back in a size of jeans with a 32-inch waist.  We all wish we had a quick and easy way to lose weight, but face it, that is not going to happen and nor would you really want to lose it fast because you would just gain it back.   Sure, you want to become that tight, younger version of what you used to or want to be and you can do it, but it is going to take some work and time so that you can learn to develop a new lifestyle.  Although this cannot occur overnight, don’t let that discourage you because you can do this.  Develop a new lifestyle and be one step toward healthier you!   Each day is an opportunity for success so do something about it this time.
