Progress: you may not be where you want to be, but you are a heck of a lot closer than when you started!

.  We have all been there.  We hit a day in which we are not progressing as much as we would like or maybe we see our goal and it seems so far away, so we become discouraged.  The negative emotions you are feeling is not helpful.  You need to stay positive because each day is one step closer to the goal you have.  Keep pushing.  Discouraging thoughts will only derail the train to success, so keep chugging along.  You’ve got this.
