Slow Progress is better than no progress!   No matter how slow you progress, you are still doing better than the person on the couch.

I know it might seem depressing when your progress is slower than you expect or want.  Miracles rarely happen so make you own miracle instead of focussing on on miraculous results, be happy on the success you achieve.  You have to remember slow progress is better than no progress.  You need to be in this plan for the long game.  You need to follow through.  If you focus on short term gains, you will ultimately regain the weight.  Learn a new life that is healthier.  If you focus on a change for life, you will be more likely to be successful.  

Focus on the long game and maximize your success.
