This report is going to be slightly different from the prior the prior reports.    I met my goal and now weight approximately 211 pounds.

You will notice that I have gained a few pounds over the past couple days. I bottomed out at 209 pounds. My goal was 2010 lbs. I am currently on vacation and expect to have to lose a few when I return from vacation. Losing weight for me has been an easy task. I have done it many times for my career but have failed to keep it off. Keep tuned in to see if I can maintain the weight loss.  I will continue post how I do it.
