Progress Report:

I am making progress.  Week three is complete.  I did great this week.  This third week was a lot easier. I did take Sunday off this week.

So how did I do?  Let take a look.

Exercise:

Runtastic Steps Distance

During the third week, I walked a total of 35.09 miles and averaged 4.94 miles per day.  This chart was created by Runtastic.  I took Sunday off.

Fitbit Dashboard with Steps

Above is another depiction of the exercise from the Fitbit dashboard.  I use a Fitbit Surge to measure my steps.  The Fitbit said I walked 3 more miles than the GPS.  That was likely indoors.

Weight:

So how much weight have I lost?  I have lost a total of 8.5 points in 3 weeks and 2.3 pounds this week.  The weight loss is gradual so you can see I am doing it by combining exercise and calorie restriction.

So how did I complete week three successfully?  Not much different than the first two weeks but I did add a couple days with Hatch Chile Chicken.  That helped my protein intake.  I continued to take in 35-40 grams of fiber and averaged 90-128 ounces of water per day.
