New Path to Health!: My Health Journey


Well, at least, a return to better choices and health to follow.

This post may seem framiliar to my regualrs.  I am reposting it, sort of! I have decided it is time to make a change in my life.  I am on new path to better health.

I have struggled for months to get traction and now I decided to make a change. I stagnated for months and gained a few pounds. I have drifted to less exercise and more time sitting at a desk.  I have drifted to less and less exercise and more time sitting at a desk.  I do not need to tell you how bad sitting is for fitness and health.  A change had to be made.    This blog will document my return to success.

In the past, I have tried every fad diet in the world to lose weight.  You name it, I tried it.  No more!  I am starting new and will document my journey on this website.  If you find the tips helpful, please share them on Facebook or Twitter.
