Welcome to my new website. I have decided it is time to make a change in my life. I am on new path to better health.
In January, I decided to make a change. I gained 65 pounds in the prior 3 years. I have drifted to less exercise and more time sitting at a desk. I have drifted to less and less exercise and more time sitting at a desk. I do not need to tell you how bad sitting is for fitness and health. A change had to be made. This blog will document my successes.
