My journey toward a new path to health started exactly one year ago. The bad news is I am not where I want to be. The good new is that I am a hell of a lot closer than I was one year ago. Today, I celebrate my accomplishments with a glass of bourbon and tomorrow I will start to focus on my next goal.
In one year I have lost and maintained over 40 pounds of weight loss and written 365 posts to document my journey and what I have learned along the way.
So what is my next goal? I want to reduce my bad cholesterol to under 120. I am going to do this by adding exercise back to my daily routine.
