Easy Orange Gingerade Smoothie

- 1 cup milk or substitute
- 1 scoop of Barndad Nutrition Fiber DX
- 1 tangerine or small orange
- 1 bottle Ginger Shots Orange Ginger
- honey or sweeter - optional
- 1 tsp of orange zest
- 1 cup ice
