  1. 1 cup of Fairlife skim milk
  2. 1 orange - peeled
  3. 2 oz rhubarb - chopped
  4. 2 oz of frozen raspberries
  5. 1 scoop of Anytime Vanilla Protein
  6. 2 tsp fitness fiber
  7. 1 cup water
  8. 5-6 ice cubes
