- 1 cup of Fairlife skim milk
- 1 orange - peeled
- 2 oz rhubarb - chopped
- 2 oz of frozen raspberries
- 1 scoop of Anytime Vanilla Protein
- 2 tsp fitness fiber
- 1 cup water
- 5-6 ice cubes
