Intermittent fasting: Stagnation returns

A little bit of stagnation. How do I stay on track.

Update:

  • Weight: 226 pounds – lost 11 pounds since 24 February (237).
  • Body fat: 19.8%. Down 6.2 %
  • Waist: 39 inches. Down 2 inches.
  • Short term goal: 220 pounds so I have 6 pounds to go.
  • Exercise – 3 days a week – I have exercised 6 of 7 days.
  • Diet: I am having a shake for lunch and a sensible dinner. Alcohol is not my friend.

The bottom line: Time to focus on making a better routine.
