Intermittent fasting: Stagnation Continues Again

A little bit of stagnation. How do I stay on track? No idea.


  • Weight: 227 pounds – lost 10 pounds since 24 February (237).
  • Body fat: 19.8%. Down 6.2 %
  • Waist: 39 inches. Down 2 inches.
  • Short term goal: 220 pounds so I have 7 pounds to go.
  • Exercise – 3 days a week – I have exercised 3 of 7 days.
  • Diet: I am having a shake for lunch and a sensible dinner. Alcohol is not my friend.

The bottom line: Alcohol – do you see a common trend?
