Progress Report: 09 July 2021


Stress and overeating do not mix well.

Stress and overeating are like gas and fire. They do not mix well or maybe they mix too well. I have gained too much weight and I feel terrible. I did this before and I can do it again.


  • Weight: 238 pounds
  • Body Fat: 19%
  • Diet: Too many carbohydrates with simple sugars. Too much alcohol.
  • Exercise: Essentially none.

The bottom line: I am making a change or it will permanently change me.
