Need more time.
Ok, My fitness test is in two weeks and I started just a few weeks too late. I said I would never get back to being taped. Well, that is not gonna happen this time. I will pass a tape test but it is the only way I am going to make weight. I guess I will just have to strive to better next time.
Update and Plan for next 2 weeks:
- Exercise: 3 times a week. Cardio 3 times a week with push-ups and sit-ups 2-3 x a week.
- Nutrition: 1700 calories a day with 35% protein and 30 grams of fiber.
- Weight: I weight about 216 pounds. I hope to lose 2 pounds in the next week and end up at 214.
- Body Fat: I am currently 25% or so. I would like to get down to 18%. I think 1/2% is realistic for two weeks. 24 in we weeks would be nice.
I will see you again in 2 weeks. Hopefully, we will see improvement.
