One week off.
I am taking another week off. This will be the second week off.
- Weight:
- Started last Monday at 223
- Ended at 227.0
- up 7 pounds but 8 since the PT test but that was on a different scale.
- Exercise:
- Nada.
- Diet:
- I followed my plan for 0 of 7 days. I ate out a little bit too much.
- I have had a little alcohol
The bottom line: One more weekend I will back to the grind. This time for sure.
