Starting Fresh

I am starting fresh with a new weight loss plan.  After retiring, I have gained nearly 40 pounds.  My health has suffered.

  • Weight: 270
  • Exercise: What is that?
  • Alcohol: Please.  
  • Calories: too damn many.  

The bottom line:  I need to lose weight and exercise more.  At 55, I am starting to feel 90.
