New Start: Day 1.
I weight 226.6 pounds and have gained about 12 pounds in the last five weeks. I have felt horrible recently, and have made a decision to change. Today is that day.
Today, I decided to start with breakfast with a nice whole grain granola and Bulgarian Yogurt. I added a TSP of Honey for flavour. Hopefully, lunch will go better than it has the last several days.
No exercise today. I will start this week – Maybe tomorrow.
I will see you again in 2 weeks. Hopefully, we will see improvement.
