Start again: Take 10.   

I took three weeks off after the last PT test.  I weight 226.6 pounds and have gained about 12 pounds in the last five weeks.  I feel horrible, and it is time again to make a change.  I know a lot of that is water weight, but it needs to go now.  

I have side this all before:

If I search more, I am sure I will find times that I slipped up in the last three years.  This time will be different.  I much change!  

I will see you again in 2 weeks.  Hopefully, we will see improvement.
