I fly home tomorrow with a successful finish.
I am down 2% body fat and I feel great.
- Weight: 235 pounds – down 2 pounds since 24 February (237).
- Body fat: 25%. Down 2 %
- Waist: 40.5 inches. Down 0.5 inches.
- Short term goal: 220 pounds so I have 14 pounds to go.
- Exercise – 3 days a week on a bike and walking
- Diet: Just eat sensibly.
The bottom line: The next update is Monday. My confidence has a huge boost after this trip.
