Progress Report: 16 July 2021


One small step for weight loss.

I started last week and I have made progerss.


  • Weight: 234 pounds
  • Body Fat: 19%
  • Diet: Fewer carbohydrates but still too many simple sugars. No alcohol.
  • Exercise: Need to add the bike and walking.

The bottom line: Small progress is still progress.
