A little stagnation….

I had a slight step back but no weight gain…….  

  • Weight: 263
  • Exercise: Walked 3 of 5 days.  
  • Alcohol: Had a bit of a relapse.  
  • Calories: More and I have had too much ice cream.    

The bottom line: There is always next week.  .
