I have to start a new #2, part 2.

After nearly 9 weeks with no progress.  I started vacation today and I feel terrible.  Too much alcohol and sweets and with my vacation, I doubt that is gonna change.  It is time to start fresh and that will start on Tuesday.  

Update:

  • Weight:  236 pounds with o pounds gained since Monday.  Goal: 214 pounds.
  • Body Fat:  0% body fat loss.

Time to move out. Time to take charge.  I will post an update in a week.
