Fifth week of progress
Week 7 is complete with 3 to go. I literally need to lose 3-4 pounds a week to meet my goal. I was on vacation for a week so this might have had an impact.
Progress report:
- Weight:
- Started last Monday at 228.5
- Ended at 228.5
- Down 0 pounds
- Body Fat:
- Down another 0.1% – total loss of 2.5% and 3.5% to go.
- Exercise:
- 3 of the last 5 days with 15 miles and 63K steps
- Diet:
- I followed my plan for 3 of 7 days. I ate out a little but too much.
- I had a little alcohol 2-3 days ago.
The bottom line: Still making progress. More room for improvement.
