Fourth week of progress
Week 4 is complete and I am back from vacation. Small slips but nothing major so far.
- Started last Monday at 231.8
- Ended at 231
- Down 0.8 pounds
- Body Fat:
- Down another 0.3% – total loss of 2% and 4% to go.
- 4 of the last 5 days with 12 miles and 50K steps
- I followed my plan for 3 of 7 days.
- No alcohol,
The bottom line: Lots of Room for improvement but not a huge deal. We will get back on track and I have to because they moved up the PT test 4 weeks.
