Fourth week of progress

Week 4 is complete and I am back from vacation.  Small slips but nothing major so far.

Progress report:

  • Weight:
    • Started last Monday at 231.8
    • Ended at 231
    • Down 0.8 pounds
  • Body Fat:
    • Down another 0.3% – total loss of 2% and 4% to go.
  • Exercise:
    • 4 of the last 5 days with 12 miles and 50K steps
  • Diet:
    • I followed my plan for 3 of 7 days.
    • No alcohol,

The bottom line: Lots of Room for improvement but not a huge deal. We will get back on track and I have to because they moved up the PT test 4 weeks.
