Ok, this is where the wheels come off. Week 3 starting up will be a week where I start a vacation. I am not authorizing a vacation from my healthy eating.

- Ended at 232.1
- Down 4 pounds

- Down another 0.2%
- 6 of the last 7 days with 2.5 miles and 10K steps
- I followed my plan for 6 of 7 days.
- Zero Alcohol.
The bottom line: Room for improvement but I am making up some ground.
