Finally a week of progress

I am working hard to stick to my diet, and I did all but the weekend.  The rocket launches are just too much to keep to my plans.  The good news is that I am making some changes that I hope will stick.  

Progress report:

  • Weight:
    • Started last Monday at 238.4
    • Ended at 236.8
  • Body Fat:
    • Down 0.2%
  • Exercise:
    • 3 of 5 days with 2.5 miles and 10K steps
  • Diet:
    • I followed my plan for 4 of 7 days.
    • Zero Alcohol.

The bottom line: Some progress is still progress.
