Finally a week of progress
I am working hard to stick to my diet, and I did all but the weekend. The rocket launches are just too much to keep to my plans. The good news is that I am making some changes that I hope will stick.

- 3 of 5 days with 2.5 miles and 10K steps
- I followed my plan for 4 of 7 days.
- Zero Alcohol.
The bottom line: Some progress is still progress.
