I have to start new #2.

After nearly 8 weeks with no progress.  I feel terrible.  I am tired.  Too much alcohol and sweets.  It is time to start fresh.  I tried on 31 May – failed.  This is take number 2.  I am not getting much support from my family so I will need to dig deep.  

Update:

  • Weight:  236 pounds with o pounds gained since Monday.  Goal: 214 pounds.
  • Body Fat:  0% body fat loss.

Time to move out. Time to take charge.
