Progress Report: 17 Sept 2021

Making some progress.

I am a month from having to weight in and COVID is keeping me from my normal routine, but I am making progress. I have long haul syndrome but I will lick this.

Report:

  • Weight: 230 pounds
  • Body Fat: 20%
  • Diet: Fewer carbohydrates but still too many simple sugars. minimal alcohol.
  • Exercise: Need to add the bike and walking.

The bottom line: Small progress is still progress.
