A small step back.  

On Friday, I made good progress to about 224.6.  Today, I weigh 228.  I have had a weekend that has been full of splurges.  My family came to visit and I went hog wild.  Now, I get back on the horse.     


Progress included:

  1. Weight: down from 230 to 228.  
  2. Exercise: I have exercised 3 days this week and have two more days to go.  
  3. Diet: 1500-7700 calories per day.  
  4. I have successfully added both vinegar and cinnamon into my daily routine.

Upcoming challenges:  

  1. Return from slip: The challenge is to get back in stride

I will post an update on Friday.
