Crunch Time.
Monday I made a change. I was not losing weight as I expected. I chose to try something new and transitioned to a Keto diet. After 5 days, I am in moderate Ketosis. For the last 3 days, I have had a net of 9 carbs per day.
Report:
- Weight: 230.8 pounds – Lost 9 pounds
- Body Fat: 21%
- Diet: Fewer carbohydrates. No alcohol.
- Exercise: Exercising every day.
The bottom line: 4 pounds lost this week.
