One week post weight-in
On, last Tuesday I weighted-in and made weight. I had a little bit of indulgence over the weekend. I gained 3 pounds, but I am back in the saddle and living healthy.
- Weight: 222 pounds
- Body Fat: 18%
- Diet: Too much alcohol and ice cream. Mmm, Ice cream.
- Exercise: Twice a day on my bike.
The bottom line: Progress is not without a little step back.
