Intermittent fasting on a break

I had a good week last week but now I am going on a business trip. This is where the wheels usually fall off. I am looking to remain stable for the next 2 weeks will I get back.

Update:

  • Weight: 234 pounds – down 3 pounds since 24 February (237).
  • Body fat: 27%.
  • Waist: 40.5 inches. Down 0.5 inches.
  • Short term goal: 220 pounds so I have 14 pounds to go.
  • Exercise – 3 days a week on a bike and walking
  • Diet: Just eat sensibly.

The bottom line: The next update is Friday. Hopefully, I will remain on track and not gain.
