A new start, again and again.

Today I start a new.  Forget the mistakes of the past.  

Update:

  • Weight:  225 pounds with 1 pound gained.  
  • Body Fat:  0% body fat loss.

I will post an update on Friday.  Hopefully, I can maintain it for the weekend.
