Progress report: 23 April 2018

Progress reportProgress report

Time of maintenance.

I am one week past my weigh in for the fall physical fitness test.  I weighed in at 205 pounds.  I have made significant progress and I weight loss than my last PT test.  I weighed 206 pounds in the fall.  I am still not where I want to be so we will endeavor one.

Update and Plan for next 2 weeks:

  • Exercise: 3-5 times a week.  I will continue cardio 3-5 times a week.  I will stop push-ups and sit-ups.  I plan to restart them after my move.
  • Nutrition: I am stopping my calorie restriction and will just focus on high fiber and high-quality foods.
  • Weight: 205 pounds.
  • Body Fat: I am currently 21.8 % or so.  I would like to get down to 18%.

I will see you again in 2 weeks.  Hopefully, my weight will still be stable.  It is time to maintain.  This is usually where the train comes off the tracks.
