I will try to stick to the Zero Sugar Diet again.

I tried to stick to it, but this week has been nearly impossible to stick to it.  Two Thanksgiving parties at work and the temptation of office doughnuts and cookies for free was too much temptation for me to stick to the diet.  I am not giving up.  I will refocus tomorrow and try to stick to it.  I did walk 5 miles today to make up for the Thanksgiving splurge, and I am glad I did.  I had about 2700 calories.  

I will continue to post a progress report on Monday and will send see if I can comply better.  Hopefully, we will see improvement in my ability to stick to my diet.
