One step forward toward success.
Today I weigh 231 pounds and I have made a little success with 4 pounds of weight loss.
Report:
- Weight: 231 pounds
- Body Fat: 20.4%
- Diet: I have done better, but need to go a lot more.
- Exercise: 120 minutes of exercise and 10000 steps per day x 3 days.
The bottom line: I have made a little stride bit there is still a lot of room for improvement.
