One last start!

Summer is nearly here and if the weather is any indication, it is already that time. I was looking forward to more exercise outside, but it is too hot.

It is almost time to start a new month and boy do I need a new start. I have not weighed in for a few days. I am planning on starting my last healthy and weight loss journey. I am tired of failing to succeed and thus, I am losing the motivation to lose weight.

I am returning to what got me success. My initial step is a goal of 10,000/day and 4 days a week of exercise for 30 minutes or more. April and May have bombed out in terms of weight loss and my diet has sucked, so we will start again. This will be over 40 new starts in 4 years and this time I need to be successful.
