Finally, some progress.
I am within striking distance of the short term goal. I have 2-3 weeks to make 220 or less. I continue to find it very difficult to stick to plan. Too many temptations and this week it was ice cream and chocolate.
Update and Plan for the next week:
- Exercise: I did 2 times a week with 63K steps for the week. I did to 7K today.
- Nutrition: 1500 – 2700 calories a day with 35% protein and 24-30 grams of fiber. The largest intake was 2800 per day over the weekend.
- Weight: I weigh 223.5 on today.
