No progress and one step back.

I am not where I want to be right now. A lack of exercise and increased stress are taking a toll on my weight loss plans.

My biggest problem is that I have little to no self-control when it comes to food. I tend to strap on the feed bag and eat until the bag is empty. I am headed to the holidays and this could be a complete disaster.

The bottom line: I am 4 weeks out of the PT test and I need to make some progress.
