Yesterday, I made weight by tape.  Success, partially.  I would prefer not to have to live and die by the tape.  The tape is a means the military uses to measure body fat.  They use a tape measure to measure your next and waist (males).  It is demeaning and inaccurate.  


  • Weight:  222 pounds with 3 pound lost.  
  • Body Fat:  1% body fat loss.

I am taking the weekend off and I will post an update on Monday.  Now, my goal shifts to 214 and avoiding the tape.
