Progress Report: 26 August 2022

KETO, come on.

I am still stagnating. Again.

Report:

  • Weight: 235 pounds – Lost 5 pounds
  • Body Fat: 23% – 1% lost
  • Diet: I am fairly successful at maintaining 20 grams of carbohydrates. No alcohol.
  • Exercise: Exercising every day.

The bottom line: 0 pounds lost this week. Still doing well.
