Two weeks post-weight-in

I made weight a couple of weeks ago. Small indulgence and I back to losing weight.


  • Weight: 225 pounds
  • Body Fat: 19%
  • Diet: Better at avoiding sweets.
  • Exercise: Twice a day on my bike.

The bottom line: a little slip up.
